Description: You are bidding on: a 1955 Ford Fairlane Club Sedan 2dr Up for your consideration is a 1955 Ford Fairlane - 2dr Club Sedan! What a sweet little ride this jewel is! The odometer shows 58,620, but the miles are exempt cause of its age. The speedometer and odometer work, but I will not say for sure if this is actual mileage -- it could be, but I am not sure. This vehicle is an older restoration, but has been preserved nicely. The electrical system has been converted to 12V, so the new owner can enjoy the convenience of modern wiring. The exterior is two tone - yellow and white and the interior is white/yellow as well. Features a 272 ci V-8, with automatic transmission, which is correct for the vintage of the car. The interior is in excellent condition. The previous owner was just about to replace the driver's side arm rest when he sold it, but with the exception of that, there is VERY little wrong with the interior. The exterior of the vehicle is in great condition overall. There are some minor rust bubbles occurring just behind the passenger front tire and on the passenger lower door (as shown in the photos), but these could be quickly remedied by the right hands. This cars runs smooth and would be great to show or cruise in! The previous owner was an older gentleman that took excellent care of this Fairlane. He said that the only reason he sold it was because his wife had cancer and he needed to free up more money for her care. So, with that said, this vehicle has only been adult driven - never abused. Please understand that in NO WAY am I trying to hide anything -- if you want to know ANYTHING about this car or any other vehicle I have, just ask. Feel free to come look at them -- take them to a local mechanic and have them checked out. If it's not what you want, don't buy it! My word is my guarantee.
