Selling my 1979 Mercedes 240D!! Looks and Runs Great!! Beautiful cream on dark brown leather. Automatic, 2.4 diesel that provides great gas mileage. would make a good biodiesel/veggie conversion. Its not a 300 turbo so if your looking for speed off the line, this is not the one, but will cruise on the freeway at 75 easy. Took it on few trips this winter and ran perfect, other than that it is pretty much my daily driver. The exterior and interior are in amazing shape for '79( just a couple small parking lot dings in body, a small tear in headliner, couple cracks on top of dash). AZ car, no rust! Just passed emmisions with no problem. 217k, odometer recently stopped working. but these diesels will last forever. Does not leak! A/C has been recently fixed and blows cold, has newer tires, brand new belts, recent tune up, new heavy duty battery, new radiator, new muffler hanger clamps, recent $500 professional detail, new floor/dash mats.
