Up for auction is a Very Rare Mustang. It is a 1988 ASC McLaren Convertable. It is #230 out of 1015 made in 1988. Even though this car is #230, it is 1 of only 11 built with this color/options package of white exterior/ wine top and interior. It is even harder to find an ASC McLaren that is manual transmission. This car shows and drives very well for any used car, never mind a 24 year old vehicle. It has been extremely well kept with a full service history. I have all receipts dating back to the original owner. This car is bone stock, except for a K&N Air Filter and three chamber flowmaster mufflers. This is not some "modded" out, beat up mustang. This is a collectors car, and has been treated as such. These cars are selling today anywhere in the $6000 to $20,000 price range. The car DOES NOT leak any fluids what so ever, from anything, anywhere! Here is a list of maintainence performed with in the last 20,000 miles by Causeway Lincoln Mercury: $2800 service included: New Valve cover gaskets New Header gaskets New Distributor cap, rotor and ignition wires, spark plugs, oil and filter change (done less than 20 miles ago) Replaced transmission front shaft/bearing housing Replaced A/C cycling switch and recharged system Complete engine reseal (all seals and gaskets) Installed speedy sleeve (rear main seal surface) Replaced water pump, oil pump, thermostat, clutch, pressure plate, T.O. Bearing, pilot bearing, resurfaced fly wheel Replaced rod and main bearings, timing chain and gears, engine mounts, low oil sensor and oil pressure switch Replaced exhaust studs Replaced powersteering rack and seals Replaced intake gasket Replaced oil sump pump Replaced rear main seal Tuned engine New serp. belt In the last 10,000 miles: brake, rotors, and calipers all replaced. Wheel bearings were repacked. New Power steering pump and A/C pully bearing ($1510), New Goodyear Gatorback tires.
