Vehicle Detail
I am sadly selling my pro street Plymouth project car. I have owned it since 1992. It was originally a slant 6/ three speed manual car. I stripped it down years ago and started to prep it for paint. The engine and trans are long gone. I have a v-8 K frame for the car. The clutch pedal is still mounted in the car. Manual steering and brakes. I have the original window sticker and owners manual, the only option on the car was padded sunvisors. The bench seats were sold years ago. The interior is stripped out but I have all of the trim pieces except seats, carpet and headliner. The bumpers went on my 'friends' GTX and I never got them back, so you will need to find new bumpers for the car. It has original tan paint which I started to prep for paint. This car is absolutely solid, NO RUST HOLES, only light surface rust for sitting for 19 years. The back floor and frame were cut out and an Alston 4-link back-half was welded in. It has an 8 3/4 rear end that was shortened to be used for set-up only. I was planning on using a Fab 9 housing so I never finished the mopar rear diff. I do have the center section for the mopar diff. The front suspension is stock with drum brakes, no brakes on the rear. All of the tin work for the back half floor still needs to be finished. I removed the stainless body trim and started to weld up all of the holes so that needs to be finished, unfortunatley I threw that trim out years ago. There is no engine or trans that comes with the car but it rolls around very easily. This car is very straight and solid and needs alot of work but is a great starting point to cool project. Not alot of pro street Belvederes around. I have been contacted by people who wanted to restore this car to original, I definately would say this is not the car for you. I will take more pics soon. Thanks for looking. On May-22-11 at 05:41:39 PDT, seller added the following information: I have decided to include a late model 5.7 Hemi engine longblock with an extra set of cylinder heads. The engine and heads all need to be rebuilt. All this will be included if the reserve is met. Thanks.
