1997 Mark VIII Florida title CD do to water damage. The engine in this car is lock up do to hydro locking during a rain storm or something. All electronics seem to work, radio, a/c, air ride, power seats, power windows, truck release, and dash. Transmission oil looks good, but do not know condition since engine does not start. Power steering fluid also looks fine and no water in fuel. It look like the air filter suck some water and engine hydro lock. The car was purchase for parts but looks to nice just to part it out. It is missing HID bulbs and transformer but all lights work and turn signals. Tires have over 40% left. This Mark has many good parts or it could just use a new motor to get it running. It is a Florida CD tittle.
