First owner owner card from May of 1968. Original service manual stamped by dealer for services from 1968 and on. Original data plate in door still in tact. Same owner since 1993 and records since 1968. Still wears the original black and yellow California plates and even comes with original license plate frame from selling San Francisco dealer. Great cars like this dont come very often and this one is a great find. You wont find another one built like this. First you will notice the high quality premium paint job. A bare metal strip down and base coat/clear coat paint job with a Mercedes light blue finish. Complete with painted door jambs and no other color showing through. Shaved turn signal lamps. Brand new interior including seats, carpets, headliner, dash pad. Front disc brakes, lower spindels, new Weld wheels with new tires. Less than 200 miles on set. New exhaust system. This is an AC car but some parts are missing and currently not working. NO rust car. Floors, trunk and rockers are all perfect. See the pics. Motor and transmission have been rebuilt by previous owner. Car runs and drives great. Transmission shifts smoothly and crisp. Has a bit of hesitation from accelerating from a stop. Could be that timing is off and needs adjustment or would require proper diagnosis. Cant be major because car sounds healthy and has lots of power. Only happens at low speeds during take off. Freeway driving is fine. All of the electrical is working- pop up head lights, brakes, signals, speedometer, odometer, wipers work. Some issues with the car are: steering wheel center trim piece missing, radio not working, have the original radio included with sale, and gas gauge inop. Email for more info.
