CR 250 Totally restored by Greenstripe 10,who does nothing but this model Elsinore.Bike has been ridden two 30 min break-in periods and no more!Has a scratch or two on fenders and boot scuffs on sidepanels and engine covers,otherwise bike is as restored.Here is Greenstripe 10 description of restoration:All fresh 1974 CR 250 Elsinore.Complete disassembly and rebuild.New parts where available or quality old stock used in reassembly.Engine is fresh throughout with new piston, seals and bearings.Nice tight crank and very nice 1976 transmission.Frame was glass bead blasted and powdercoated.Tank,fenders and wheel hubs all professionally redone.Pipe is new and wheels have been relaced with Buchannon spokes.Levers are Magura and the shocks are new Works Performance.New tubes and Dunlop 756 tires.I think this bike is number 49 of over 50 restorations this builder has completed.Copies of owners manual and parts manual included with purchase of bike.This bike isnt cheap,but your getting a turn-key quality race bike that was built by someone who knows Elsinores inside and out,and didnt cut any corners in its restoration!No title,Bill of sale only.Requires a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of auction close,and balance of payment within 7 days.Bike will be ready for pickup when funds have cleared my bank.Bike can be stored up to 45 days while shipping arrangements are made by buyer.Thanks and good luck bidding.
