Up for sale is my 2012 GT-R. I purchased this vehicle in February of this year from Dick Smith Nissan in Columbia, SC and have only logged 325 miles since new. I have always been a car guy and have had the opportunity over the past ten years to own some very intense and exotic automobiles. This particular car has an incredible following and in my opinion has caught a lot of manufacturers by surprise. The statistics and the numbers that this car is capable of have always blown my mind. Nissan gives you almost a 4000 lb car that hits 60 in 2.9 seconds runs the quarter in 11.1. Staggering numbers for a car of that size and weight. Now I can tell you that in the 325 miles I have driven the car I have not put it through it's paces and stretched it's legs. For those of you that don't know the GT-R has three different break in intervals and at each of these intervals the car can hit different points through the rev counter. The owners manual gives specifics on these stages. 0 to 300 - 300 to 600 - 600-1200. After the 1200 mile point has been hit the car needs to be serviced at your local Nissan Dealeship and then my friend it's off to the races. While driving this car I have obeyed and respected the break in period so what this car is truely capable of I have only read about. The car has never been driven in the rain or parked anywhere except my garage. I have only in my spare time driven the car for my enjoyment and back home. Now each time I dove the car as soon as I got home and the car had a chance to cool down a bit it would then be washed. This is a ritual of mine! It always goes to bed clean. I even go as far to dry the car off with a back pack leaf blower that way hands don't touch the surface. This car has no swirl marks in the clear coat and god as my witness the paint on this black car is beyond perfect. How many black cars have you looked at and you almost wonder if they dry the car off with sandpaper. Not this one! The front fascia has zero rock chips and the underneath of it has not bumped a low point in the road or a driveway. Smooth as a babys bottom under there. To be quite honest the cars ride height isn't low enough to cause problems where it would hit the ground. How many times have you left a restaurant or gas station and the front of whatever it is your driving drags across the pavement leaving you with that sick feeling in your stomach. All you car guys know what Im talking about. Im not here to blow smoke up your ass. This is my first time listing something on EBAY so I have no feedback.
