Thank you for your interest in my 2005 Toyota Prius. I am the second owner of this wonderful car. It has served me very well and I wish I still had a need for it, but my move to the city has allowed me a car-free lifestyle. Some things that I will miss about this car are the great gas mileage (I average about 45mpg highway and city combined), ample space for people or hauling items, smooth Toyota handling, Smart Key key-less entry and push button start, touch screen control panel and I’m a big fan of the black/tan exterior/interior color combo. This is the middle trim model of the 2005’s including everything you need without paying for the excess of the higher trim package. I have never had any issues with this car, although it does have some minor blemishes to the exterior paint. The hood paint has some minor chips from rocks, there are some minor scratches and a door ding on the driver’s side of the car, and the rear bumper has some scuffs. All of these minor cosmetic issues from city dwelling can easily be resolved if they bother you; but as you can see from the pictures, they are barely noticeable. Also, the tires have about 50,000 miles of wear. The interior is tan and very clean. There is one two-by-three inch smudge on the back of the driver’s seat that I have not attempted to have professionally removed because it has not bothered me. There are no tears, burns, or fraying of the upholstery or the seat belts. I am including a set of brand new Prius floor mats that I received when I purchased the car and never used. This car has been dealer maintained and is under warranty up to 100,000 miles! I purchased a service package through DARCARS Toyota, a dealership with locations in Maryland, DC and Virginia. This service package is transferable and will stay with the car. If you are in the Baltimore, DC, Virginia area or travel to these areas, this package will entitle you to such perks as: free oil changes, free paint sealant, free car washes, and discounts off of maintenance, body work, rentals and tires! Lastly, given that this car is still registered in Maryland, I have the title in hand even though I do still currently have a loan on the car. Upon receipt of payment I will sign the title over to you and my bank will release the lien.
