Up for sale is a white 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 Coupe with 56,961 miles on it. This car is in decent shape but does need some work. It would be a good project for someone that has the time to work on it. Mechanical It does start and run smoothly, but to make it street driveable, it needs a new headgasket, a new exhaust and a sunroof replaced. Since the sunroof was broken it has always been in a garage. Overall the body is in decent shape. There is a few small dings on it and a dent on the roof that occurrred when the sunroof broke. Interior Blue Leather seats and blue carpets original with some wear on driver's bolster starting to show, no rips or tears. The original radio is gone and the ignition has been changed. The dash lights are not currently working and have not investigated it. There is a piece of interior molding missing from the seatbelt track. Dash and door wood in good shape, the ski slope is cracked. Body There are two rust spots on the car on the driver's rear wheel wellone on the front bottom of it, the other on the rear upper portion, both spots are smaller than a 50 cent piece. The trunk lock needs a new interior latch. There are a couple screw in lugs that need replaced. Tires and rims are sound (the rims are chrome spoke) I would love to keep this car but am moving and will no longer have a garage and refuse to keep it outside so I figured someone else could get benefit and enjoyment from this vehicle.
