SEE BELOW UNDER CONS FOR UPDATE I have for sale a silver 2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4. Has 67,514 miles on it (will increase since it is still being driven). This car is fast and has the potential to be very fast. I just don't have the money or time that needs to be put into this car anymore. I have to do the family thing now and get something a little more family oriented. The turbo on the car now is capable of supporting around 440 HP. The only thing the car needs to push it there is upgraded fuel injectors, upgraded fuel pump, upgraded MAP and TIP sensors, fuel management, and a boost controller. The motor has been built for 600+ HP. Once all the previous mods are done the only thing needed to get the car there is a fuel return line and to slap a larger turbo on there. With a little work you could have a super fast car. The car is only on 13-14 pounds of boost right now and is quick as it is. For more pictures go here: http://s279.photobucket.com/albums/kk159/G-Code-Thrilla/2005%20Dodge%20Neon%20SRT-4/ Pros: All things mentioned above, pretty much brand new tires all around (rear- 2 weeks ago and front- 2 months ago), nice sound system/flip out DVD player, Sirius XM ready, Drilled/slotted rotors, Apexi Turbo Timer (Car shuts off on its own via a timer), and lowered with Mopar Performance Springs. Cons: Was previously in a front end collision before I owned the car. The front bumper and fenders were replaced. There are small rock chips in the front bumper and also a small crack. Also the fenders don't quite match the car if you hadn't noticed from the pictures. There are cracks in the dashboard from previous devices that were attached to it, and I do have a new dashboard that I never put in that I will give you if you buy the car. You can read about it and also some comments about the worth of the car before I put the built motor in it in the previous owners for sale thread: http://www.srtforums.com/forums/f347/silver-2005-neon-srt-4-delta-44-great-buy-8000-00-only-39k-516656/ The only new cons since I bought the car are a small ding in the right rear quarter panel where my wife barely nicked another car backing out of a driveway which you can see in the pictures, it could use a new timing belt and some new brake pads, and shifting can be a little stiff from time to time in 1,2, and Reverse. It shifts fine with no grinding or slipping into all gears, just a little stiff in those few sometimes getting it in. This could be a minor issue but I haven't been too worried about it to have it looked into. ***UPDATE***: I have fixed the issue with the shifting. It was just a small piece that had broken on the clutch pedal that was throwing it out of alignment. Replaced this yesterday and now shifts fine.*** Forgot one more con: The light in the boost gauge has stopped working but I'm pretty sure all it needs is a new bulb. If you want I can probably replace it for you before handing over the car.
