Vehicle Detail

1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT, 3.0 V6, Automatic Transmission, Front wheel drive, 127K miles. Original Black paint and Tan interior, Leather bucket seats, AC, PS, 4 wheel PDB, tilt, cruise control, PM, PW, PDL, original chrome steel wheels, newer Bridgestone Potenza tires, 225/55R16's, maybe 5000 miles on them. Windshield has been replaced due to crack. New Ultima battery a few months ago. New high wattage headlamps and fog lamps. Car runs great, gets 24 MPG all the time, AC is very cold, no major problems to speak of. I bought this car in Jan of 2003 with 97,212 miles showing. I believe I am the 2nd owner, not sure. The car was traded in for a Nissan 300ZX. I drove the 300ZX and the ride was very harsh, the 3000GT is much nicer. I have had a '92 & '93 Corvette and they do not compare to the GT. Vette's are nice, but need too much maintenance, they ride too rough and are difficult to get into and out of. So I have kept the 3000 GT all this time. The car is always covered when parked or under a canopy. I don't drive it much, approx 3500 miles per year, mostly on the freeway. The car has a few minor issues, CD player doesn't work, it's missing the CD holder that fits into the CD player in the back, that's how I got the car, radio lights are now very dim, a little difficult to see the time or what staion your on. I only listen to one station or use my ipod, so it really doesn't bother me too much. Pass door outside lock is a little tricky to use, minor door dings on pass side quarter panel, hard to see in photo's. Original paint does have it's fair share of paint chips/scratches from normal use. Drivers seat is showing wear, not bad, overall the car is in very good shape for it's age and mileage (my opinion) The title is in MY name, the registration is current, the car always passes the smog test. The car has a lot of power for a V6, flys on the freeway, great around town. You don't see many 3000 GT's on the road anymore. Reason for selling is I don't drive it much, I have a worn out Mazda 626 I drive most of the time and would like to find a larger car, with more trunk space. Check out pics, ask questions, car is sold "as is" no warranty, I live near the Pasadena/Glendale area, Eagle Rock, zip code 90041. Local pick up preferred, if shipping car? buyer must make all arrangements and pay all costs. Thanks for looking!! KBB Private Party Value (Good) condition $5125.00, Dealership Retail Price, up to $6900.00 "Xlnt Condition" Car is listed below KBB value because I am realistist and know the market is slow and I don't drive the car much. Hope to sell and look for a larger 4 door car and sale the 626 also. Not selling because of issues with car. If my Blown 572 BBC would sell, I could keep the 3000GT and buy a different car. New hobby requires a larger vehicle.
