Up for Bid 1964 Chevy II Pro street Nova, must sell do to growth in our family owned business. This nova project was started last year with countless hours and money invested. This nova was a famliy owned original car from the lates 60's to mid 70's then turned its life into a street strip car. The gentlemen I purchased this car from had the car professionally back halved with a narrowed 9 inch and 4 link setup, moser axels long studs, 436 gear. He ran a sbc 406 with gas, with the original nova front end and ran constant 9.60's. When I purchased this car I changed the front end with a TCI mustang II kit with the cross drilled and slotted rotors, sway bar etc and big block springs, Car has all new custom brake lines and brakes all the way around, with hurst roll control line loc, New flaming river tilt column, lokar gas pedal and linkage, new billet specialties rear wheels with new drag radials. Also included, New Merlin 509 big block chevy crate motor from Bill Mitchell racing products, Merlin III cast Iron block and Merlin III aluminum heads, complete from carb to pan, with all accessories, MSD, coil and a March billet pulley system. Engines produces just shy of 600HP. Transmission is a New TH400 with a Hughes 3000 stall converter Full manual setup. All the fuel lines and electric fuel pump is installed, also the cut off switch and all power and ground wires are installed. Car needs little to get running and driving. Included in this auction is all the parts to finish, new be cool aluminum radiator, bbc headers, hurst pro stick shifter, glass hood and deck lid, steel fenders, core support, front bumper, lights and grill. Body is very solid as shown in the pictures very minor rust, and they did a great job with the streched rear fender wellls.
