I bought this truck on back in 2004 and I've only put about 6000 miles on the clock. right now it has only 59,000. It has the gas engine and a 4 speed manual transmission. It was pretty pampered when I got it and I've kept up with maintenance. The truck is that is reliable and starts up easily. I replaced all the ignition components in 2004. I also gave it a valve job and will include the rare valve adjustment tool and shims if you are interested. I kept up with oil changes and basic maintenance like, brakes, CV axles, the muffler and catalytic converter. I replaced the clutch and all four tires within the last couple of years. It's a reliable, fun little truck. Valid Texas Registration and Inspection. Good luck bidding. I've had some requests for more info, so here is an update. Here is a list of what issues the car has. There is a chip and crack in the windshield about 6" in diameter, does not leak. The drivers side seat has tearing and the seat belt requires that you slowly pull it out. There is a crack in the dash and one of the window regulator handles has a broken cover. I never converted the AC to R134 and since I've owned it never has it blown cold. I can hear the compressor click on but never run it. It could use an alignment but it doesn't bother me so I never had it done. There is some surface rust in spots in the bed and on the wheels but the truck has spent its life in Texas and has no real rust issues. The body is pretty straight but has a few nicks and dings notably on the tailgate and some dings on the hood and roof and a ding or two on the doors. I had not tested the MPG since I adjusted the idle and fixed the Auxiliary air regulator. Before the fix I recorded 20MPG city. I decided to test again this weekend and discovered a problem. I never fill this thing up and when I did fuel leaked out of the top of the tank. So the fuel sending unit seal is bad. I'm going to pick one up in the morning and have the seal replaced before the weekend. I'll report back once that is repaired and hopefully see the MPG closer to the mid 20's. I'm happy to answer any questions I can. On May-19-11 at 05:53:47 PDT, seller added the following information: I got the truck back last night and filled it up. The mechanic said the tank is free of rust and that he cleaned up the sending as well as replacing the tank seal. It's not leaking gas and the sending unit seems to be working full time now. I'll get back tomorrow with results on the MPG.
