For sale is our 1999 4Runner, 3.4L, no leaks, misses or transmission issues. At 112K, as preventive maintenance we replaced the timing belt and everything under the cover (cams, rollers, gaskets), had new belts put on, new water pump, valve cover gaskets replaced and new radiator put in (nothing wrong with old radiator, these models had reported issues with viabration causing leaks). It has been run on synthetic motor oil (mobile one) and transmission is also fully synthetic, both since 77K. New plugs were put in at 100K. Transmission is great with no issues, engine is sound and also without issues, new interstate battery installed late last year. Oil was changed at 134K, and next due at 139K. Sounds and runs great and should give lots of miles ahead without problems. Hoses changed with new radiator, fuel filter changed at 100k. Truck has electronic traction control and optional overdrive on/off button for towing. Exterior is in good condition, ding in front bumper and back bumper, fist sized dent in passenger rear. Ding in front happened in Sep. 2010 while parked and rear ding in Nov. 2010, hit at stop sign, no damage other than ding. No bodyshop visits or repairs. Drivers side fog lamp is cracked and will need to be replaced if you want to, passenger side headlamp had a rock cause pinky-sized hole that was covered with silicone. All exterior lamps and headlights work good except for fog lamp. Rear window works well with key, interior button or remote, rear wiper works well along with washer fluid in rear. Windshield has "N" shaped crack in center, not a vision issue or inspection issue. If you need any more pics or more specific I can take more. Interior is also in good condition, car was garage kept so all leather covers are in great condition. Carpet is in good condition, mats are original and could be replaced if you need to. Rear seat is in great condition. Front seats are worn and were covered with seat covers, no foam came out but cover was needed, seats are electric and work well with no noted problems. Radio has been replaced due to 2yr old putting coins in cd, replacement was professionally done, nothing special but I listen to AM radio so not an issue, replacement does have cd and plays mp3's, removeable faceplate. A/C is cold and recharged at 100k, the ac button on the climate control module is difficult to turn off/on, so we leave it on. Everything else on the climate control works fine, fan blows well and auto button and function works great. The clock does not work. Cruise control works fine without any noted problem. Has towing package and luggage rack, we never used either. Sunroof and tilt work great, sliding sun visor is in good condition. Running boards are in good condition. Tires are good, should have 15-20k left on them, no alignment issues. Vehicle runs great, very comfortable ride, and has been cared for, hate to let it go but we bought new 4runner.
