You are bidding on a very nice low-mileage 1998 BornFree Mobile Office by Dodgen Corp. This unit is built on a Ford E-450 Chassis and powered by the 6.8 liter V-10 engine. This unit has only 60,194 miles on it. It has been in the south pretty much it's entire life and has NO RUST on it. This unit is extremely well built and has been well cared for it's entire life. The body is fiberglass and is in great shape. This office was built to be a mobile demo lab for high end scientific instruments. I have removed all the lettering on the unit, except the yellow for some reason is paint. You can remove this with paint remove if you wish. I just don't want to run the risk of scratching anything. The body is very nice, with only a few minor scratches and such. PLEASE LOOK AT THE 100 PICTURES I HAVE POSTED ABOVE (HINT: IF YOU CLICK ON A SMALL PICTURE, IT WILL REPLACE THE LARGE ONE. YOU CAN JUST SCROLL BACK UP TO SEE THE PICTURE). The tires have less than 6k miles on them. They are wearing evenly and smoothly. The front seats are Flex-Steel brand leather seats. These are probably the best van seats on the market. All the interior cabinets and drawers have heavy-duty locking latches on them. There is a sink with running water and clean and black water tanks. There is a 2.0 cubic foot refridgerator that works perfectly. There are two overhead a/c units with both heating and cooling. The rear one was just very recently replaced. There are also floor "foot heaters" in both the front and rear sections of the body. There is an overhead exhaust vent as well. The previous company installed a heavy-duty plastic curtain handing towards the front of the body, to keep the a/c in and the dust out of the back. The unit has 2 rolling chairs that come with it. There are dozens of 110 volt recepticals located thru-out the unit. PLEASE NOTE: I LISTED ALL THE MEASUREMENTS I COULD THINK OF IN THE OPTIONS SECTION THAT RUNS ALONGSIDE THIS DESCRIPTION. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED. The Generac generator puts out 7.2 KW and has only 1873 hours on it. There is also a hydraulic leveling system on the unit that works perfectly. They even installed a keyless remote alarm with motion sensors installed inside the office. This unit has NEVER been smoked in. The counters, shelves, drawers and even the floor are all in very nice shape with no issues. The leather on the seats is still very soft and supple.

I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. This unit has NO leaks or drips and does not smoke. It drives out on the freeway solidly with no wobbles or shakes. The upper and lower ball joints on the front end were replaced about 12k miles ago. THIS UNIT NEEDS NOTHING MECHANICALLY AND IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE. The generator fires up on the first try every time. This vehicle has even been filled up with fuel every time it was driven, do you don't even have the normal corrision you should watch for in the tank. The rear bumper does have a couple of dings in it, as you can see in the pictures. All the power and electronic equipment work like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST. I will have this one detailed and awaiting the winning bidder.
