We have a 1963 Triumph TR6SS basket case up for auction. This bike is not complete, and needs complete restoration. Technically, this bike is barn fresh, as it was found sitting under a three wall metal barn. This is a first year unit construction 650cc Triumph motorcycle. The motor and frame numbers match (DU1804). This bike will sell with a Texas title. The frame had been sitting outside for quite some time, the motor was stored indoors. There is a 16 inch Harley type wheel on the rear. All parts pictured will ship with the bike. There is a lot of hardware, but we cannot verify that a 100% of the nut/bolts are included. Obviously other components are missing as well (Exhaust, headlight, wiring, side cover, center stand?, correct handlebars, fenders, etc.) This is a project requiring a lot of new parts, time, money, and patience. This project is sold as is. We will ship this bike worldwide, except to the countries that are listed in our exclusion list. Please check the exclusion list first. This bike will have to be in a crate for international export. The crate will have to be built from certified wood that will pass customs. The crate will cost approx $375 to have built. If this is shipping internationally, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping and pay all costs, taxes, and duties on the shipment. Please estimate your own international shipping. I suggest looking up a customs broker near you and getting a quote. If this bike sells domestically, we will strap to a pallet and send it via the cheapest carrier on freightquote dot com. If you have a business with a dock or forklift to deliver to, this greatly reduces shipping costs. Local pick up and payment is okay, within two weeks of auction end. There is a $500 deposit required within 48 hours of auction end. Texas residents will be subject to TTL if they win this auction.
