Up for auction is a 1961 volkswagen bus. It is a panel van which has the cargo area in the back. The bus was redone by Volks Cafe in Santa Cruz Arizona. The bus has the original 40 hp motor that was rebuilt about 12k miles ago and so was the tranny. It has a new clutch, throw out bearing and pressure plate. Bus runs and drives without a problem. This is my shop bus as you can see from the wrap that is on it. (The wrap is removable and hasnt damaged the paint at all) I drive the bus around for our business to pick up parts and run errands. The tires have less than 10k miles on them and have plenty of thread left on them. I recently painted the bumpers inside and out. This is a very nice driver. The heater is hooked up and works. The only rust on the bus is a very small spot on the battery tray other than that the bus is very solid and is always garaged kept . I am restoring another van and have to sell to finish it.
