1973 Morgan 30

I am forced to sale this beautiful Morgan 30' sailboat, due to circumstances beyond my control. Number one is the company I've worked for (for 30 years) is going out of business. And if that was not enough, I have to make repairs to my house caused by tornadoes and storms, that came though the area where I live in Tennessee. As you can see in the pictures the hull is blue with the deck being white. Last year the boat was on a mooring when another boat rubbed the starboard bow, did not do any damage to the hull, just rubbed the paint. I've been told this could probably be buffed out. You can see in the picture below. She comes with several sails, main, genoa, spinnaker and others. Has dock fenders, anchor and rode. Sleeps 7, cushions are in good shape. Has a galley, head, sorry no shower. Has tiller steering. I do not know if the Atomic 4 motor runs or not. I have not had it checked out. Previous owner use a 6 hp outboard, which worked just fine. By the way the outboard motor DOES NOT come with the boat. The bracket does come with the boat but not the outboard. The boat is very solid and dry and with the 11' beam, the cabin is very roomy with over 6' of head room. I had planned to cleaned the boat, make some repairs, sail to Florida and use as a live-aboard. But with the things that have happened, I just can't do that now. It makes me sick to have to make this sale, because I've spent a lot of time looking at boats and this one is just what I've been looking for. Someone is going to get a great boat.
