2006 SUBURBAN LTZ LOCAL PICK UP ONLY IN MOGADORE OH 44260 OR BUYER TO ARRANGE SHIPPING I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END AT ANY TIME DUE TO LOCAL SALE this is a perfect running and driving suv. 6.0 engine starts right up and runs great throughout. auto trans shifts super smooth no issues at all. all wheel drive work as it should. tires are in gret shape plenty of tread left. brakes are good. mechanically is 100% ready to drive anywhere. with no maintnence needed at this time. exterior is very shinny no major issues, body is strait and looks good. does have minor wear ( couple small dings ,scratches ect ) . interior is in good shape as well. well maintained and clean. couple minor stains on carpet but overall looks good. this is the ltz model and is loaded to the max! power everything. heated seats ,sunroof, power folding mirrors, rear entertainment dvd player. touch screen radio and more. everything ive mentioned and everypower option it has works and all works well. no issues anywhere. also the ltz model comes with the 20" factory chrome wheels that are in great shape. only flaws on the vehicle are bumper has a couple small rust bubbles starting. and driver running board has some chrome peeling off. overall this suv is in excellent shape and everything works !!! also ac is ice cold !! for questions please call 330-628-2101 for ohio residents they will need to pay sales tax according to the county they live in thanks !!!
