Hello, I am selling this fine car for a friend. Her husband passed away 3 years ago, and he owned this car for 15 years. Over that period , literally $20,000 was spent on every aspect of this car. The paint alone was over $7000. The engine is a GM ZZ4 crate motor with 350 horsepower, and with under 5000 miles on it. The transmission was rebuilt with a shift kit and shifts very well. The entire suspension has been replaced. The entire braking system was replaced. Every system has been gone over with new parts, or replaced. EVERYTHING! The work was performed by Corvette Specialties of Eldersburg, Maryland. There are literally seven pages of parts that were used for these services. I have a two inch thick pile of receipts for everything that I am talking about. This car has always been kept in a heated garage, and just recently was gone over again by a professional mechanic. The most recent upgrades were a new master cylinder, a new battery, and new header gaskets. I personally have driven this car over 80 miles and it really drives great. This car really looks great. The only negatives being some detailing needed in the interior ( some paint chipping around interior painted parts). The seats have been upgraded to leather, and there is new carpet. The passenger side window regulator is a little slow, and the coolant temperature gauge does not work. Other than those few items, this car is rock solid and beautiful. Included with this sale will be a color matched hardtop, the original 350 engine on an engine stand, and the original wheels and tires, as well as the factory original hood. The present hood is a cowl induction hood, and the paint is metallic blue clear coat and is really a 10 out of 10. I have not found a single scratch on this car. The car has NO air conditioning or tilt wheel. It does have power steering, and power brakes. There is a lot more to be said about this car, and if you are serious - please contact me.
