this is a 79 dodge D100 pickup truck stepside. the truck runs and stops was a daily driver until the front frame rail cracked at the steering box.it does steer enough to get on a trailer but not to drive. see pic's of rail.truck has one small rust hole on the floor pans.on driver floor where the gas pedal bolts down.the bed was media blasted two years ago an a etching primer was used then a regular primer was used. truck has new oil change/fuel filter/starter/starter relay/ignition switch/radiator/upper an lower hoses/water pump/thermostat/front brakes/with one new rotor/heater core/with new heater hoses/this was all done in the last year.my son drove it so i made sure everything was done right.he now has a project that we have been working on for a while that will be running soon. so he does not want to put the time into fixing the frame on this truck. should not take much to fix.and it's up an driven again.the wheels an tires on the truck in the pic's do not go with the truck.i will put some wheels on it for transport not nice wheels just something to let it roll.the bed has none of the orignal wood just a piece of plywood for now.the tailgate has no rust and the bed has no filler.very solid truck overall.
