Hello. I'm posting this car for a friend. He had it for a while but recently car had problem. The tranny got stock in third gear, or limp-mode. The car runs and drives but doesn't shift. Its still goes perfectly fine into reverse. Once the car gained speed it cruises fine on 60mph. Engine doesn't smoke. Navigation screen works fine, doesn't have any dead pixels. Car has high milles, 213,000. The vehicle still registered and street legal, so once a week he drives it on highway, to keep the car in running condition. It has new battery. The shop said it will need tranny rebuilt or replace. Once they did it, the car still was stock in third gear. He was told that it will need to be reprogrammed. Cost of tranny replacement was 1900$ parts/labor. Estimate for reprogramming 250$+ Now they say they cannot guarantee that it will solve the problem, because car might need new tranny computer. Anyone interested better stop by and check the car out in person.
