i am selling my 1998 VW jetta because i never got around to fixing its issues and no longer have the space for it. This car will require some TLC to be road worthy again. It will start up, has a rough idle due to sitting for the past nine months, It can be taken on a short drive but wouldnt trust it going to far because the right rear brake caliper is stuck, the car itself has potential, I have owned it since 2005, it has had all normal mantanence done regularly and was used as a daily driver up until september of 2010 when the caliper stuck, I have other vehicles so I just parked it in the garage until i got a chance to fix it but never got around to it. It has Black leather interior with heated seats in the front, the drivers seat is in rough condition but all other are in great condition, Has every power option available, The tires on the front have about 65% tread and the rear tires have 90%, paint is in good condition for its age with the exception of the chip spot shown in the pictures, It will definetly need a new battery, it has to be jumped to start but will start, If you have any other questions feel free to email me at quest1943@hotmail.com because i dont get on ebay very often.
