1982 Honda CX 500

This bike represents one of two 1982 Honda 500 series that I am putting out on Ebay as parts bikes. See the listings for the other bike (which is a 1982 Silver Wing GL500I). these parts bikes could bring three times the reserve price if torn down and sold as parts. Of the two, this one would better serve as a parts bike, nothing is internally wrong with the engine and a good mechnic could problably get it running again as well. This could be a good little side line business for you. There is currently a big following of enthusiasts online for this these particular series of motocycles because they are considered classic bikes (do an ebay search to check it out your on your own). There is no problem finding parts for it (new or used), and it was one of Honda’s most popular bikes during the time. My time is limited these days; and I don’t have time to deal with both of them anymore. For your information, I am located in Florida City, FL the last town on the Florida Turnpike enroute to Floriday Keys. Other things wrong with this bike: -seat cushion needs replacement -Choke cable is missing -rust pitting on pipes -hasn’t been running in a while -photo shows no spark plug lead, have two replacments for it.
