Bank Repossession for Sale. Seller is a community bank in eastern Missouri. The seller holds a Repossessed Title issued by the State of Missouri Department of Revenue. CAVEAT EMPTOR is the motto for this auction. If you are not sure as to the translation of that wonderful old Latin phrase, it is "Let the buyer beware". This 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 is being sold for a small community bank in eastern Missouri. The truck was peacefully surrendered and delivered to our bank parking lot. There is no nice way to say this, THE INTERIOR IS TRASHED. I disclosed that the interior color is Blue, but a more accurate description would include the word "Grime" or "late century filth". The truck has an exhaust problem; when you start it up it sounds like a dragster. I suspect that the donut gasket between the lead pipe and the manifold exhist as an idea, with no tangible form. In elvaluating the pictures you will note that there are several areas of rust around the fenders and the rear bumper. You will also notice that this truck has an advanced case of paint peeling common to trucks of this vintage. You will also note the heavy residue of brake dust on one wheel which may indicated the need for a brake job in the near future. We have not had any mechanical inspections performed upon the truck. I have driven the truck a total of 2 miles. It was very loud, but drove straight. The tires are quite worn. The radio does not work. The AC and heat appear to work, however our recent temperatures make it difficult to properly assess the performance of the AC system. The previous driver smoked heavilly. We have not had any detail work done on this truck. I do not know if you will be able to clean the upholstery sufficiently to discharge the foul odors from the passenger cabin. You will also note the cracked dash, the missing button next to the radio, the torn upholstery and the missing seat latch handle. There is also a matter of a headliner that is falling down as shown in the pictures. Exterior condition of the truck is also tired. You will note the missing center cap from one wheel, the deteriorating paint on the cab and hood, the dents, scratches and other damage in the left rear corner, along with a wide variety of parking lot trophies visible to the naked eye, but apparently impervious to the camera. This truck could be an excellent fishing truck, firewood hauler, or it could be the father and son project truck. This Dodge Ram 1500 is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. The information given in this description is the best information available to the seller.
