Vehicle Detail
Hello, up for sale is a 1994 Chevy full size 2 door 4x4 Blazer. (The same as Tahoe / Jimmy / Yukon GT). This truck is somewhat rare, with the options that it has. It has the 6.5 Turbo Diesel. It has 17X,XXX miles on it, which is nothing on these engines. As long as you take care of them, they will last a lifetime. My dad is a retired diesel mechanic teacher for NETTS (New England Tractor-Trailer Training School) hes always done all the work to the truck. It runs fantastic, starts up every time and has never let me down. The drive train is in great condition no leaks, or noises that shouldn't be there. 4wd works awesome no noises or grinds and the transmission shifts great and on point. I just had the truck serviced and the truck has a lot of modifications to improve the life and power of the engine. The PMD has been relocated, so you don't have to worry about that overheating. That kit alone was over $400.00, and is recommended by the factory. Its got a power brake system for towing. Its got a bunch of other little things that these trucks had problems with like 2 battery leads to the starter, instead of the factory linked system, and some other stuff that I can't remember. It has a new fuel pump, New electric pump, New starter, New batteries, New Tires, And some other stuff that I cant think of off the top of my head. The drive train is ready to go another 170k easy, I would rate it a 10/10. The exterior is blue and silver. Its in really good condition, few little minor rot spots here and there (not noticeable). There are no dents or scratches. The back bumper has a few spots. All the glass is good. Its going to need to be reinspected, it will pass with no problems though. Its got new tires. The brakes are great. The rims are in good condition. Overall the exterior is in awesome condition I would rate it a 8.5/10. The interior is in great condition, I had some seats from a newer Tahoe put in, and also the newer style center console, the old seats and square console were ugly. The driver seat is power. Its got power windows, locks, mirror, hatch, rear defrost, heat / ac, original radio and everything. They all work and are in good condition. Its got key-less entry, alarm, and remote start too. Overall the interior is in great condition, a little more up to date than a normal 1994 GM truck, I would rate it 9/10. The truck is awesome and you don't see a lot of 2 door full size GMs any more, and you never see them with the 6.5 turbo diesel (they usually have the 5.7l V8). I would say its a rare combination. I love the truck, but I just bought a new Jeep Cherokee so this one has to go. Its a great truck its never let me down, or left me stranded, and you will not be disappointed. If you have any questions, concerns, or want more pictures please Email Corbillbob6659@verizon.net or call me at 4013475382. Thanks PS. The Truck is reg. in RI. And in RI they do not issue new titles if the vehicle is over 10 years old, because it is a non title state. So I was never issued a title with the truck when I reg beacuse I reg. in 2007 and the truck had already been over 10 years old. I can get you the form, so the truck can be sold and registered out of state with no title problems. ThanksOn Apr-20-11 at 10:53:41 PDT, seller added the following information: I uploaded some pictures of the rot spots on the truck, that is all of them, besides the rear bumper which can be seen clearly in the pictures. I figured I would take pics of every little thing, so there are no suprises. You cant really see them unless you get on your back on the ground. Its really not that bad compared to other new england trucks, the undercarraige of the truck is very clean. Still a very solid truck. The suspension is perfect, it doesnt make any creeks or noises while you're driving. If you have any questions or want more pictures just ask. Thanks
