Update for 1-1-2011 I have been listing this car for going on a year in a few weeks. I have had a lot of compliments on the car, I want to thank everyone who has told me how much they like it. And thanks to the guys with the tips to tell if it is real SS or not. It still comes down to needing a build sheet. For those of you who have told me it has been listed for to long and they are tired of seeing it, STOP CLICKING ON IT YOU RETARDS!!!! I am not going to lower my price because some retard some where thinks it has been listed to long. How long should it take to sell a 40 year old classic car. It is't a Toyota, it isn't an everyday driver, it is a toy. And not everyone is shopping for a toy. You keep looking at it week in and week out, but you don't like what you see. Yea I always waste my time looking at stuff I don't want. NOT! If you can't find a car in your price range then maybe you are the ones who are unreallistic. I have looked on here and there was only one other car in the same condition as mine and they was asking they same money for it. You guys who want a Chevelle for 2,3 and 4 thousand dollars, you should stop looing at mine and sending me messages that you can get one cheaper. GO BUY ONE CHEAPPER, it will not hurt my feelings. Let me know how much money and how long it takes to ever drive that car. I will keep listing it until it either sells or I get my new garage built, which I think will happen in the spring of 2012. I didn't expect to sell it my first couple of years on here. So it not selling doesn't surprise me. What was a surprise was how stupid some people on here are. I had alot of questions. Most everyone wanted to know 3 things. 1 If it has the round speedo and tach. yes on the speedo, no tach. as far as I know tachs were only stock on manu shift. 2 What is the first #'s of the VIN 136370.......... I have run the VIN too. 3 What is the resrve I bought the car as an SS, but I had people either trying to get the car cheap or just want to argue. I was told you can not tell by the VIN if it is a real SS, not sure if that is true. I just want to pass on what I have been told. I am not trying to pass off anything that is not true. I don't want to stick any one with something they really thought was something else. NO TRADES, I have to much stuff and I'm trying to make room. That is why I'm selling it. And I mean SELLING IT, not giving it away. So if you don't want to spend your money don't waste my time. I have seen what the Chevelle's are going for on here, and I'm way lower then alot of these cars. Even the clone's are way more than I'm wanting for mine. Engine is a 350 built 30 over, TRW Pistons Competion Cam (HYD.) Weind Intake Dart 2 Heads Summit Stage 2 Rods Summit Crank Pete Jackson Gear Drive Carter AFB Carb TCI Turbo 400, Manuel Shift Automatic. 373 Rear End. If you don't know about any of the parts check your Summit Racing Guide, they will be in there. I live a few minutes away from the Summit Racing Store, so you know everything came from there. Any questions don't hesitate to call or send a message. There is a scuff down the Pass side, but it doesn't show in the pictures. The car isn't perfect, but it is a damn nice car for what I want for it. Buy it and drive it for a few years, but you will want to get it painted, I know I will if I don't sell it. I have a garage ful of stuff that comes with it. Like the original bumpers and extra parts I have bought up over the years.
