Welcome to the BMW 2002 Cult Culture. The car runs and drives very tight. It rides like a dream with original attitude. You'll get lots of complements. Engine Condition I had a BMW expert do a safety inspection when I bought this car Last year. All fluids were changed including gear box fluid. No problems found. All filters were changed, Spark Plugs and distributor changed. The engine is semi tight to my standards; dry no leaks. You can drive away from 2nd & 3rd gear meaning the engine has plenty of useful life left. ANSA perfromance exhaust system. Body Condition Exterior Body is in good condition for a 38 year old car. Minimal Rust for N. East standards. See pictures. Hood and engine area is clean, near perfect. PAX Door has a bit of rust. Driver Side sub frame needs a bit of help, (easy repair scheme at http://www.bmw2002faq.com/content/view/33/32/ ). MIDAS gave me 3-4 hours estimate. Driver Floor panle needs a bit of help Patched up and its dry. I will furnish a floor panel for this side. The pax side is very very clean. In case your wondering the undercariage is clean other then what is mantioned above Interior Condition Seats are leather and in good condition. Dash board has cracks. Radio is missing. Heater & Fan works. Alll the rest are in working order Instrument panel in working condition except Fuel Gage. I usually fill up and just zero the trio odometer and I make sure I dont drive over 200 Miles. Saftey Items Breaks are firm and new, Lights all function except the fog lights the you see in the picture. Singals all in proper order. Wipers work. Tires have plenty of tread. When I was looking for a 2002, I saw a lot of them in the NE. Either they did not run/drivable OR too much rust OR they did not have a proper title. This car has all 3. I am selling becuase we are moving and I like to lighten the load. This is the 2nd time around for this 2002; please bid responsibly. I will need a deposit within 24 hours after auction close.
