1964 Honda CA

This is a 1964 Honda Dream CA250 in extremely nice original condition. It is titled as a 1966 but it was manufactured in 1964. In the 1960s Honda motorcycles were titled with the model year being the year it was actually sold. I have owned this bike for the last four years and before I bought it was last licensed in 1979. This is a list of the items that have been replaced with new items: air filter, exhaust baffles, tank emblems, and tires. All replaced items are made like the original items. The VIN number is CA72400394 and the motor number is CA72E-400403. The motorcycle starts and runs very well. Everything on the bike works(lights, horn, speedometer, electric starter, kick starter, choke and etc.) as it should. The paint is very nice with excellent gloss. There is a little rust showing through the left side cover which can be seen in the pictures. There is also some loss of paint(rubs) on the side of the front forks and the front edge of the front fender but there is no damage to the underlying metal. As with any 40+ year old bike there are some minor nicks, scratches and chips from use. These do not show well in the pictures but I can email more detailed pictures. The Firestone tires are 2 years old and have 18 miles on them. The chrome is in excellent condition. I have taken pictures of the bike but I am sure I have missed something someone wants to see. I require a deposit of $400 within 2 days by PayPal and the rest at pick-up in cash(in person). The bike is being sold without warranty and the deposit is not refundable. I definitely prefer personal pick-up but I will ship the bike if it is paid for in advance and the buyer handles the shipping details. I will assist in anyway I can. I do provide one exception to the "as is" sale. If the buyer comes to pick-up the bike and they are not satisfied with the bike I will refund the $400 deposit and release the buyer from completing the sale. Once the bike leaves my property it is an "as is" sale. I do have a clear North Carolina title in my name.
