One owner, never smoked in. Very well maintained mechanically. New rear brake pads and rotors turned. New battery and alternator. Recent brake system and transmission fluid flush/change. Front door lock mechanisms recently changed. All interior components in great working condition. I have the maintenance log showing the preventive maintenance done. The interior lighting was recently changed by me to LED. This car does have some cosmetic damage on the exterior which I have shown in the photos. This is the reason for the price being discounted from the KBB retail of $13,750. There is no mechanical damage or effect to the operation of the vehicle. The front bumper is cracked in two places on the passenger front side. This is only noticeable from viewing at ground level. The rest of the dings and dents are parking lot damage. I have an electronic copy of the repair manual which I am including. This car drives and handles exceptionally well and has a long life left in it. The oil has been changed regularly, from 3000-5000 miles. Almost every time has been by the dealership so they use Acura oil and filters. The transmission was flushed and refilled at 76,000 miles. The brake systems were flushed and filled at 86,813, the coolant system was flushed and filled at 65,502. Two new front tires added at 76,751. I do not have the mileage recorded on the other two tires. One has probably only 5K more miles on it and the other is probably within a few thousand of needing replacement. I have added pics.
