1968 Cadillac De ville Convertible 472 v8, tilt telescopic steering wheel.Air conditioning, power windows and power locks,seats. Surface rust where the paint has pealed. Floors, trunk,quarter panels pretty solid. Rust through at the bottom of front fenders behind front wheel wells the size of a golf ball, solid all around it. Everything under the hood is complete.
