Vehicle Detail
This is a classic 1970 Honda CT70 that I would call a refreshed survivor. Bike was complete with all original parts when I got it, since then I have gone through both frame and engine completely. Engine has new, Piston & rings Valves Clutches Kickstarter shaft and gear All seals and gaskets Timing Chain Points, plug and stator plate rebuild kit Carb was rebuilt New parts on rest of bike include, Chain and sprockets Brakes Wheel bearings Wire Harness Battery Brake cables Seat cover and rivets Frame decals Fork parts inside and out Grips Bike condition is great for its age, ALL painted parts are original Honda Candy Gold with small nicks and scratches, fenders are straight and dent free with only minor pitting in chrome. Exhaust is solid and not rusted through at the usual trouble spots and has baffle in muffler, chrome is in good shape with minor scuffs on guard. Headlight housing is crack free with only minor scrape on trim ring. Bars are straight with minor scuffs and pitting with original black tipped levers. Seat pan is solid, was repaired of any cracks and repainted when cover was installed. ALL electical parts work, headlight , taillight , brake lights and even horn. Bike starts easily and runs smooth and quiet with no smoke, shifts through all gears as it should. Tires are original Nitto 4.00 - 10 in good shape with decent tread left. Wheels were repainted matching original Honda silver. Speedo shows 2973 miles which should be actual as the odometer was in working condition when I got it. Bike is located in the southwest lower corner of lower Michigan and is offered as pick-up only, I would be willing to drive up to 100 miles to meet somewhere for pick-up. Shipping is not offered. I do not have a title for the bike, it would be up to buyer to apply for one if needed.
