1970 CORVETTE STINGRAY T-TOP COUPE WITH REMOVABLE REAR GLASS PERFORMANCE: Comes with a 350 5.7 L motor with 4-speed Muncie, 4:11 Posi rear end. Runs cool, like new. The motor is mostly original, just updated the alternator, starter, fans, radiator, distributor, and air filter. This car runs and drives like a dream. No problems at all. With the dual fans and 3 roll radiators the temperature stays below 180, no matter how hot it is outside and no matter how far, fast, or long the car stays on. The 3-inch high performance hooker headers and side pipes with the sweet thunder baffles are like new (sound perfect). EXTERIOR: Mild Custom, 1973 Front End, L88 Hood Scoop, Custom Viper Blue Pearl Paint fading into midnight Blue Pearl on bottom with White Pearl Stripe Paint is good (smooth as glass, you cannot feel stripe edges through clear). Painted by professionals at Pontiac dealership. There are only a few very minor chips and scratches – nothing noticeable from 5 feet. LIGHTS: All the lights have been changed to LEDs (gauges, turning signals, driving lights, interior, and also added blue LEDs around motor and sound system). The blue LEDs are a big hit at the night car shows and while driving at night. All gauges work and light up. Headlights work perfectly (high beam and low beam) - open and close without a problem. INTERIOR: The interior as seen in the pictures is in great condition. Leather seats are new, just done. Logo leather center arm rest with matching floor mats are also new. SOUND SYSTEM: The one thing this car has that you will never see in another classic corvette is the sound system. It was custom made to fit flushed in the trunk and still have space to fit both t-tops and rear glass. There’s also a pair of 4x6 Infinity Kappa in the front under the dashboard. The entire system looks amazing and sounds amazing. The radio is a corvette radio which looks original but has all the modern perks like an IPod or Mp3 player connection (Monster cable). And no worries - the new alternator and new optima yellow cap battery can take the power of the sound system. MAINTENANCE: The entire electrical system and all vacuum lines have been redone. The entire front end suspension and steering has been replaced with urethane bushings and also some of the rear end (still have to replace some bushings in the rear). Lifetime alignment guaranteed in any Firestone in the USA with my receipt. Motor mounts and transmission mount (Performance Urethane) are new. Brakes and tires are like new. Very well cared for. Garage-kept with dust cover. All maintenance is up-to-date and I keep all my records. AWARD-WINNING: As you can see in the pictures this car is ready for the local day or night car shows. This Vette is a true head turner. Everywhere I go people take pictures of it. It’s a winner at the local car shows here in Miami.
