1969 Plymouth GTX with air and a Four Speed Beautiful Red (R4) 1969 Plymouth GTX with A/C. This is an Arizona car that was built and assembled in Los Angeles. All numbers matching with the exception of the transmission. Equipped with a 440 375 hp, 490 torque numbers matching engine all rebuilt to stock specifications. Track Pack (A33) axle package includes Dana 3.54 posi 9 ¾ with four speed. I have installed the new and improved Hurst competition plus four speed that works great (have original included). Console, Bucket seats(C16) (C55) with a black interior that really shows the car off. Power steering, power disc brakes, air grabber hood add the finishing touches to this great car! I purchased this car in October 2003. Practically ever part on this car was replaced or rebuilt; this is a list of items that was either performed by me or the previous owner: Previous owner: Previous owner bought car in AZ and moved to PA in 2002/2003. Car was restored by CARS of Pittsburgh. Complete body on restoration. New Legendary Interior, headliner, dash pad, carpet and the list goes on. I have included some pictures from original restoration. Engine (Numbers Matching) block casting # 2536430-9, rebuild including new rings, forged pistons, timing set, bearings, camshaft and lifters. Clean block, mag and bore .030 over, clean crank, mag and grind, reconditioned connecting rods and ARP bolts. Valve job, hardened exhaust seats and guides. Rebuilt Transmission(not numbers matching), New Edlebrock 4 barrel carburetor, New front end kit from Performance suspension, New aluminum water pump, Rebuilt alternator, Brake booster, New wheel well chrome, New wire set, electrical harness, lights, back up harness, engine harness, new weather stripping, wheel chrome, rechromed body side moldings and fender turn signal indicators, new exhaust system and tail extensions. In addition, the previous owner replaced many many parts that I simply can’t name them all. One of the pictures shows a folder with all the receipts. Current owner: New Classic Auto Air A/C system professionally installed and works perfectly. New (4)15 inch wheels and tires 255/60R15 BF Goodrich purchased from Summit Racing, I have original 14 inch wheels and Koker redline tires that are included. New Haynes performance clutch, clutch fork, bearing, linkage, boot etc. Correct radiator and part number (2949 055) radiator was recored. New flywheel, clutch fork, hardware and boot. New bell housing original part number New steering box New original equipment aircleaner and K&N aircleaner currently on the car. New front calipers and new hardware, pads New rear brakes all new hardware and pads New Master Cylinder New Competition Hurst Shifter - have original intact. New distributor with petronix electronic ignition New voltage regulator (electronic) Rear leaf springs were recalibrated, car sits well. New sound deadening material New date coded spark plugs New driveshaft Correct aircleaner cover New headrests originals were not covered correctly. All fluids replaced including antifreeze, oil, differential, transmission (used Red Line oil for trans) All supporting documentation from original owner. Galen's registry confirmation letter.
