What a damn shame.. Just traded, here is a 1999 Saab 9.3 convertible and unfortunately the motor is shot, bad, dead, kaput and dead in the water. One of the rods is hammering so loud it sounds like the gremlins are trying to get out so I got it that way and that is what I am selling. We did manage to start the car but the noise is bad I just shut it down and am selling it as it sits. The body is beautiful with no major dents or marks and the convertible top in very nice shape and the original paint looks nice even though the car is dirty as can be seen in the pictures below. The interior isn’t all chewed up and aside from the usual expected stress cracks on the drivers seat, the interior is in nice shape otherwise. If you were looking for a convertible and you don’t mind doing the dirty work of replacing a motor, here is a car for someone and it is being sold with no reserve and no buy it now and as is where is so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction. Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since ebay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens. Administrative fee We have sold over 5000 cars on ebay in the last six years and have never charged any fees except the state fees for in state residents regarding tax and title and a $40 fee for out of state residents for 30 day temp tags, however the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $45 fee on top of the price of the car sold. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business dictates this moderate increase. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via paypal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 5 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via Master Card or Visa however payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or paypal unless prior authorization is made with me. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each others time.
