I have gotten so many emails about this listing that I will try one final listing. I have so many motorcycles (and scooters) that I simply don't use this. If the minimum bid is not met it will remain a sculpture in my house, and a good one at that. I encourage people to review my feedback, as I take great pains to be fair in my representations and no one has been remotely dissatisfied with anything I've sold. If the people who emailed me about this bike saw it, I suspect they would buy it. Pictures don't do it justice. Used Derringer Cycle. These are designed and made by an industrial designer in LA - Andrian Anz. I'm the second owner. It is in good shape. It must be picked up in New Canaan, CT, about an hour north of NYC. It has a 49cc Honda 4-stroke engine. Pedal or start like a lawnmower and scoot. When I bought it a gear in the engine case was broken. I bought a whole new module (included and pictured), but only used one gear. All I needed was a $2 part, which I replaced, but the buyer gets the new module for additional spares. The engine couldn't be simpler. It starts easily and then you put in gear and go. It is a great novelty bike - looks great. It runs fine, brakes, etc.- but is not as practical as a more conventional scooter. It goes ~20-30 mph. No reserve. These are $4k + new. I bought at a significant discount used but the minimum bid is a fraction of what I paid. If you inspect the bike and are unsatisfied in any way you can walk away for any reason or no reason at all.
