1972 pontiac firebird formula 400 numbers matching Here is a great opportunity to own a driver quality, highly optioned, California Formula 400. This car has been a daily driver for me. I have had refurbished a lot of items on the car along the way. Any work performed has been done as a Pontiac enthusiast would want it done. Below is a list of work that has been done . Also look at attatched photo of P.H.S. documentation and pink slip which is in my name. Get Trans Am like handling and performance and collectability for a lot less cost. Noteable items referencing P.H.S. documentation Numbers matching stock 400 runs great. Turbo 400 I believe to be original shifts great. Trans Am handling package. Trans Am formula wheel. Four original 15 by 7 inch KR wheels . Rare rear console. Replaced or refurbished in last 3,000 miles or less Four row radiator, thermostat , hoses ,heater core ,blower motor. Gas tank boiled out and painted, new sending unit, new fuel pump, all new fuel lines, rebuilt 1972 455 quadrajet. New front rotors, rear drums, pads, shoes, hardware, all soft brake lines, power brake booster and master cylinder. Brakes operate excellent. New 2 ½ inch duel exhast and glasspacks . Hung using factory mounts with new grommets . Original exhaust tips need rechrome .Passenger side exhast manifold is cracked , replacement part included. New subframe body mounts, front/rear swaybar bushings. Engine has had all major tuneup parts done, valve cover gaskets, new starter, runs great. Tranny was serviced .Has adjustable shift module, works great. A/C not working.All brackets and compressor included .Missing some switches .All interior ductwork cleaned and intact. BFG radial T/A s. New tail light gaskets , trunk light harness ,latex window weatherstripping. General Condition Interior clock and fuel guage not working. Dash has typical crack for being 39 years old. Some interior refurbishment required .New factory correct headliner included for you to install as original has been removed. Body and paint has typical wear from 10 plus year old paint job. Has chips scratches etc. Deep metallic green now. Original color Brasilia Gold . All panels in good shape. Minor surface rust down behind rear wheels on lower quarters. All undercarrage in great original unrestored shape showing much of the original red paint. This is a great example due to being a California car. I have detailed a lot of the car so the buyer gets a clear description along with the photos taken. This has been a reliable daily driver for me. Car gets alot of looks wherever it goes.
