1950 Nash Statesman Airflyte Super 600 Sedan This has been a lengthy rebuilt that I just am not going to be able to finish. Many, many years in the collection of parts with boxs of extras, next step would be the new upholstery . This is a great opportunity to buy a very solid, exellent running, drive right now, classic Nash. This can can be driven & enjoyed right now. Paint was done about 7 years ago in a pretty close match to the original color (you can see the original color where the interior door panels have been removed) The car is basicly rust free, other then a little bit of rust on the front floor that has been ground out and treated with PORS both top and bottom. There is a pic that shows the area along with a few small bubbles on the passenger rear door right below the stainless body trim. All the chrome and stainless is shiny and bright and all the glass is in great shape. Under the hood now looks just like new, the 6 cylinder engine runs quiet and smooth. New carburator, new battery, all new belts and all hoses, new regulator, new coil, new wires. All the brakes have been rebuilt and are new. The radiator is also new with custom built tanks to last forever and run nice and cool. The overdrive transmission shifts just as it should and the clutch is also new and even has a nash exhaust deflector tip and factory fog lights. This Nash was originally out of Los Angelas and has had only 3 owners. The wheels have been powdercoated and the tires are brand new...even the spare tire and wheel are new. In the trunk is the original jack and handle. All the lights, blinkers and horn work as they should. The radio does power up but only hums and the speaker for front kickpanel is included. The seat folds flat like a bed, the visors and door panels have been removed but are included and the door panel stainless trim is in exellent condition. The Nash has seatbelts and the doors lock with a key. In the picture ...I have a lots of rare books, manuals etc. that are included with this car, along with kick speaker, rear bumper gaurds, original headliner, door panels. I also have many boxs of parts I have collected, many are NOS. I will not sell these seperate before the car is sold, although the winning bidder of the car has first option to purchase any or all of these parts. NOS steering wheel, NOS backup lights, NOS parking brake handle, NOS heater valve, NOS side stainless, NOS wiper motor, NOS lower radiator hose, NOS regulator, NOS gas door trim. Used parts..5 grills, 2 overdrive relays, hubcaps big & small, rear back glass, taillight assemble and boxs of more parts.
