1986 Honda TLR 200 in almost original factory condition. Bike was purchased from a motorcycle collection approximately 3 years ago. Bike had been housed in a climate controlled facility and has been garage kept since I have owned it. At the time I purchased it, the bike had 604 on odometer. Bike was turned in to dealer for 600 mile service in 2009. As you can see by the current odometer reading, I only rode bike 87 miles and have not used it since in an effort to perserve its original condition. The only items on the bike that are not original are the inner tubes which were replaced simply because I felt they should be, and the battery. I have all the original purchasers documents, owners manual, service manual, and current title. There is no tool kit as it was misplaced by the original owner. Please note, bike has not been started or run in several years, therefore if bike is to be used, carburetor will almost certainly require disassembly and cleaning as I failed to drain fuel. My impressions of the bike are that it is an extremely light weight (less than 200 pounds), a narrow and nimble machine with very aggressive gearing, well suited for its intended purpose. Brakes are mediocre at best but are rarely used due to the high torque values of all gears. The transmission upshifts and downshifts cleanly and precisely. Tires are original and in excellent condition. In addition to the aforementioned need to clean/service the carburetor, the only other discrepancies are a 1.5 inch scratch on the front fender and a dime sized rub in the paint on the right side of the frame at the peg. In summary, bike is truely in collectible condition, and created quite a stir at the Honda dealer when turned in for service. As for riding, bike is certainly dated by today's standards but performs quite well as a trails bike, and parts are surprisedly readily available. Pick-up only. Cash or Bank Cashier's Check.
