I am posting this Mustang for my Uncle. He purchased the Mustang in 1981 from the second owner. At that time the previous owner had just had the Mustang painted (only paint since new), put new carpet in and reupholstered the front seats and replaced the front and rear bumpers. Since my Uncle has owned the Mustang he has gone through the brakes, replaced the trunk mat and replaced the chrome trim and carpet for the fold down rear seat and has always keep it in top condition. This car is basically a survivor from 1967, it has always been stored in climate controlled storage since 1981. My Uncle has always taken good care of the Mustang, seldom driven and babied, always driven by my Uncle only in fair weather. This Mustang is amazingly solid, no rust and no rust has been repaired, floors are solid, frame rails solid, torque boxes very good condition, door bottoms solid, rocker solid, etc.. My Uncle bought the Mustang near Mt. Airy, NC, so it has always been in the Central/Southwest Virginia, North Carolina area. The 289 V8 engine has never been worked on and purs like a kitten. The Mustang is an "A" code engine (factory four barrell carb.), factory 4 speed manual transmission, factory front DISC BRAKES! It has the factory style single exhaust. There are new tires on the factory styled steel wheels with correct trim rings and center caps. The interior is a two-tone blue, original interior as you can see from the pics (only has newer carpet, front seats upholstered, chrome trim on fold down rear seat), notice small tear in passenger front seat (see Photos) the rest of the interior is original. Four speed, center console, fold down rear seat, AM radio, vintage 8-track tape player. The (RAVEN BLACK) paint is in very good condition, only a few small chips on the passenger rear qtr. panel (see photos), also a small place on the passenger rear sail panel near rear glass (see photos). This Mustang is a factory GT, it has the factory GT lights in the grill, has the correct GT stripes and badges and the correct Style steel wheels and front disc brakes, GT Signal Light Hood..
