Up for sale 2006 Suzuki DL1000 V-Strom, dual purpose sport touring motorcycle. This bike comes with 1.L engine and 6 speed manual transmission. This bike comes with all standard features for this bike, and it has been well taken care of, adult ridden, no signs of abuse, clean bike, good tread on both tires. Fun to ride this dual purpose bike, Suzuki called this bike "Sport Enduro Tourer". Bike comes with two keys and bike manual. This bike was purchased from an insurance company therefore carries salvage title. Bike has left side damage, following parts needed to be replaced on this bike but not limited to: misc.scratches, upper faring missing a small piece, left side fairing and crash guard, gas tank has dented area(see pics) but its still functions fine, radiator has a hole needs replacing,right faring has small less than inch crack by the mounting tab.Bike starts and engine runs great, all gers shift smooth and solid, bike was lot ridden, it rides fine and strong engine. This will be a great spring time fixxer for some who knows how to replace parts on the bike, and with some body work this bike will be back on the road in short time. Most of the parts are availiable here on Ebay for a fraction of the cost, there might be some parts with same color, so may be no need to paint. I assume serious bidders only!
