Vehicle Detail

1964 Plymouth Belvedere, one family two owner car. 70,387 miles. Gas tank has been cleaned and coated. New wheel cylinders, Master cylinder, brake shoes and brake hoses, fuel pump, spark plugs, wires, points and condenser. Still has factory rubber boots on tie rod ends, haven't seen a car with the original factory tie rod end covers in years. Has the rust in the normal 64 plymouth areas, cowl, some in trunk, nothing serious, a couple of dents,a little metal work and fresh paint, and this car would be super. The car does need some interior work, but is usable as is. The car runs great, the transmission shifts great, and runs down the road straight. Everything works, the factory air blows, the compressor comes on when tested, but before operation should be evacuated and re-charged to blow cold. The glass is good and is factory tint all the way around. I was going to build this car as a different type of project but I have too many projects, and need to sell some to finance others. The engine is a 318 polyspherical head V8, and can be built to make some serious horsepower. I have acquired a perfect set of two door sedan doors to convert this four door into a two door. I have also acquired a two four barrel intake for the 318 poly engine. Speed-o-motive makes a 412 cu.in. forged stroker kit for the poly engine for $1900.00. Schneider or Neilson will regrind the stock cam. TTI makes a set of tuned headers, and a company out of Australia makes a nice set of finned valve covers. Any reputable automotive machine shop can rebuild the heads to make horsepower. This combo could make 450 to 500 horsepower if built correctly. This would make a neat project. You could blow some minds with a built 412 stroker poly engine, as most people are converting these early B-bodies to Max Wedge instead of building the Poly engine. This car has the original engine and trans. I don't know the exact number but this has got to be a reasonably rare car. ORIGINAL FACTORY AIR AND RADIO DELETE CAR.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
