1967 Chevrolet Caprice wagon Up for auction is a super solid 67 Caprice wagon that I recently purchased in dry Idaho. This car looks very ugly thanks to kids busting out the glass. The body does have its share of dents and dings and needs complete restoration however the car is pretty much totally free of rust. The car was originally butternut yellow with woodgrain and black interior. I did find a picture of someone elses car I threw in here so you can see what the finished product will look like. The trailer is not included. This auction is only for the car in primer not the restored one. The car does have its #s matching 327 engine and powerglide trans. It does start right up with no knocks or smoke however will need to be tuned up from sitting. It drives right up on a trailer but the brakes are weak and probably need to be bled fromn sitting. All of the A/C components are there and will work. the A/C is still charged. The guy I bought it from removed the brackets and belt because he was going to install it on his other car and luckily I stopped him. The car has power steering and power brakes. I have found all of the side glass for the car that can be purchased for a extra $125 plus shipping. The tailgate glass and windshields can be bought still at a number of junkyards and I will give the next buyer the phone numbers of where they are at. The car has a clean clear Idaho title. This is a project car that wont break you. I have located pretty much every part this car may need and everything is out there for pretty reasonable prices. The car is so solid it is amazing. The car looks extremely ugly but is in way better shape than most of those shiny painted up $10000 bondo buckets out there.
