Vehicle Detail

1968 Mustang Convertible This classy looking rare piece of Americana is still equipped with it's original #'s matching T-Code engine. As you can see the body of this car is in unreal condition = solid as you will find and straight as can be (no dents and door ding excuses here). It runs and drives like a 1968 Mustang should. The convertible top was professionally added in '89 (have receipts) and still in superb condition. The interior was also re-covered to factory specs at that time which is why it also looks great-dash in great condition (no cracks), and carpet recently redone. In Summation: Body: Solid as a rock- a lot of the cars you find of this vintage are full of bondo (not this one). Straight lines and good spacing all around. Mechanically: Runs and drives like it should. Does have power steering. Interior- Pictures again should tell you the story - great condition all-around; no cracks on dash, and carpet is almost new (recent redo). While this is a super looking car and at a level you don't see often, be realistic. This is NOT a trailer show car so don't plan on winning any trophies at Mustang Nationals - some imperfections here and there as is the case with all "drivers". Paint does have some chips and scratches- some minute surface rust and under-body-rust are going to be there. I don't deal in cars (Stock Broker), but I have been collecting classics/muscle cars for over 20+ years- this is a nice car. Obviously not trying to break the bank, just looking for someone who will appreciate it more then me. Car comes with like new car cover, receipts, and books. Looking to move another car in this parking slot by end of the month which is why I am competitively pricing this car. I encourage you to see the car if you are in the area - I will even try and meet you if not far away. If you have ANY questions don't hesitate to call me (Sean) 262.751.3029. Thanks STANDARD STUFF: Car sold "as is". I'm OK with payment being made within a reasonable time. "Reasonable" would be 5-7 days from close of auction. I will accept cash, money order/cashiers check, or bank wire. Obviously check/money orders would need to clear before I release the car. References: I recently sold a RARE 1980 Trans AM Y84 Bandit ($14,000) from my collection on ebay (see feedback) -If you would like to contact that member to see how the transaction went please feel free.
