"1962 CORVETTE" Up for sale is this beautiful 1962 Covette. This car is stunning!!!! Originally a red car and now a beautiful candy apple red (base coat, clear coat) painted approx. 5 years ago and it is flawless. No know scratches or chips. The fit and finish is impecable. The fiberglass is perfect with no know cracks. The engine appears to be a dealer replacement 327 C.I.D., Cast # is 3782870 with J8 63 casting just below the cast number in front of the bell housing on the back of the block. The stamped Suffix code is TI0I2S located on the front stamp pad. I have additional pictures if you would like to see the numbers. Originally this car was a 340 H.P. 327 C.I.D. Original Harrison Radiator. Original Muncie Transmission with correct shifter. Both tops are in excellent condition and show as new. Milage on the car is believed to be original and correct and shows 69433. No way to verify this but by the looks of the car it is believeable. It has newer aluminized dual exhaust (sounds really good). The frame is solid and has no rust what so ever. This car has been in the high mountain desert all it's life. Newer wire wheels with newer tires. New Carpet and Original Door Panels that are perfect. Newer seats that are in perfect condition. Chrome is perfect. All lights work as new. The odometer quit working approx. 1500 miles ago. This is the only know issue with this car. For the price, you will not find another one this nice!!!!! 327 C.I.D.
