This is my 2005 Toyota Prius that I am selling. The car has about 100,700 miles on it. It is in excellent condition with a minor ding on the rear driver side, see pictures. It is a smoke free vehicle with clean interior. Car comes with all the factory manuals, and two "smart" keys. Payment Methods Cash & certified bank check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Deposit The successful high bidder must contact us by telephone or e-mail as well as submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will cooperate with the buyer and shipping company of their choice. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. We will ship within the United States, NO international shipping.
