1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne C 10 Pick upKentucky TruckFactory Original Numbers Matching 350 MotorAutomatic With Factory A/C 57789 Original Documented Miles We have owned this truck for over a year now, and we hardly drive it at all. During that time, I have taken it to several local shows down here in Florida, and I drove it to Daytona Beach Turkey Rod Run Show last November. The odometer shows a little over 58000 original miles which is certified on our Florida title in our name. It runs and drives excellent, and better than new with the radial tires on it. We have decided to down size our private collection so this is the next one to sell.. Info on second generation 1971 & 1972 Cheyenne 10 models: 1972 models were virtually identical to 1971 models with the only change being that the rear view mirror was glued to the windshield instead of being bolted to top of the cab, and metal or vinyl-covered flat door panels were no longer available; all trim level door panels were molded plastic with integral armrests and wood grain inserts on Cheyenne and Sierra trim levels. This was the last year for this body style. Vehicle Condition: Motor: Factory Numbers Matching 350 motor, (5.7 liter) runs great, no leaks. There are no modifications to the motor or truck itself. You could drive this truck to the west coast or north if needed... Transmission: Factory Automatic transmission, shifts nice and smooth with no problems. Undercarriage: All stock, solid frame, floors & cab mounts. This was a Kentucky truck so there was no rust on it. Exhaust: Dual exhaust added with flow master mufflers. It has a nice sound to it. Great for cruising. Tires & Wheels: Radial tires mounted on ralley wheels, more that 80 to 85 % left on tires. Interior: The interior is in excellent condition, all the gauges and a/c work fine. Exterior: Keep in mind, I am very picky about my vehicles. Some say way to picky, so here is my description which could be different from yours. From what we could tell, it still has all the original body panels with no sign of rust. The paint is in excellent condition, and better than most. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being show quality, I would say this is 8.5 to 9. It is the original color which was called copper metallic two tone paint. The exterior trim is in above average condition, and all the glass is in real nice shape.
