This Honda ATV has been sitting in my garage since the early 90s. It does not run at the moment. It ran when it was retired to the garage when a new 4-wheeler was purchased. I spoon fed it some fuel and it sputtered to life for a few seconds. I image the old fuel gummed up the works and needs to be cleaned out to run. The tires are old and worn.
