1930 Studebaker Commander 8-cyl 4dr Club Sedan... The third owner of this car purchased it from a closed down museum in Michigan....The history of Studebaker was that of one the higher end cars of its era...Last summer this car was driven aprox 200 miles of local driving...The Str 8 started easy and cruised at 45 to 50 without any hesitation... From the good original look of the engine compartment it does not look if there was an engine rebuld...It does run smooth with good oil pressure, no overheatring issues and charging is strong...The steering is tight along with the mechanical brakes being in good condition...Clutch and trans have not given any indications of any problems... The body is solid with no fillers...The paint still looks good and is estimated to be 20 yrs + on age...The wood is solid along with the doors being straight and tight...All glass is clear...The interior is showing age but this is an original condition interior so it would fair to call it "good condition"...The dual side mounts and rear trunk top off this fine looking car...
